Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have entered the processing phase. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take extra care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. If the packaging is damaged but the product is intact (such as dented boxes), it is not considered damage.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@shaliny.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement at no cost. We do not accept returns or replacements for products damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as couriers, customs, or weather-related issues. If there are any delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. If there is an error and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot provide a resend or refund.
